Housing Partners, Inc. is proud to have worked on the successful financing of some of the earliest housing developments to benefit from the Workforce Housing Opportunity program at MassHousing.  This program has proven instrumental in allowing developers to reach the middle-income market of working households in Massachusetts, along with lower-income households in the same developments.

We are also proud to have been one of the authors, along with Ted Carman of Concord Square Development, of the Workforce Housing Trust Fund, enacted as part of the Economic Development bill in 2016.  We look forward to the promulgation of regulations for this program.

Housing Partners, Inc. is pleased to announce that, as the result of a competitive process, it was selected  by the MA Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) as a pre-approved consultant for the Gateways Plus program.  With this designation, communities implementing Gateways Plus programs can select HPI as their planning consultant without the need for a full-blown RFP process.
